Denplan is a fantastic scheme designed to help you budget for your dental charges throughout the year. It also provides valuable insurance if you need extra treatment in an emergency, following an accident or in case there are serious dental conditions like oral cancer or gum disease etc.
At 44 Dental Care we offer two Denplan options Denplan care and Denplan essentials.
Denplan is a monthly payment plan which will cover you for your routine dental treatment. The amount is based on your initial assessment which assesses your oral health. Monthly payment plans are built on the principles of preventative dentistry. Dental decay is the most chronic disease in the world, and is easily preventable.
By attending regularly, your dentist can focus on regular care to minimise risk factors which can cause pain and expense. At 44 Dental Care patients have the benefit of utilising the skill of our experienced team and the support of a monthly payment plan.

Denplan essential patients receive a 10% discount on all dental treatments.
The following treatments are not included in the dental payment plans:
- Laboratory fees and prescriptions
- Referral to specialists or specialist treatment
- Orthodontics, implants or cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
- Any treatment excluded from your contract by your dentist

44 Dental Care takes part in the Denplan Practice Quality Programme which shows our commitment to making sure that we give you the best dental care, services and treatment. The programme keeps us updated on any new and important changes in legislation and the latest dental techniques. By being a part of the quality programme it allows us to give you the best possible dental care and service.
Family Discounts
Dental payment plans can be beneficial for the whole family. By joining extra members of the family on to the same direct debit, the following discounts apply:
Family members – 5% discount
Three family members – 10% discount
Four or more family members – 15% discount
Method of payment
Following your initial dental assessment, you will know exactly how much your regular payment will cost. You can choose to pay by monthly direct debit or by a single payment. There is also a one-off, initial registration fee equivalent of one month’s payment.
